Q-> I haven't received a copy of my invoice?

When you submit an order, a copy of your
invoice is sent automatically to the email
address YOU provided with the order info.
This system is automatic. Check your spam
filters. You can request a copy from the
sales dept via email *you will need your
order number-invoice will only be sent to
address provided on your original order.

I did not receive a UPS tracking number?

We send UPS tracking automatically when
an item physically ships from our location,
not when item is ordered online.

Unfortunately, some of our remote shippers
do not always provide this information in a
timely fashion, prohibiting us from passing
it along to our customers.

returned my call?

response time is less then 1 hour.
Naturally, status of an order might take
longer. We deal with shipments from
multiple locations on east and west coast.

holidays) have passed since order
submission, your inquiry will not be
responded to, as published. It takes time
for orders to pass thru our warehouse
processing system and updates are not
