FAQ's

Q-> I haven't received a copy of my invoice?

  • When you submit an order, a copy of your invoice is sent automatically to the email address YOU provided with the order info.  This system is automatic.  Check your spam filters.   You can request a copy from the sales dept via email  *you will need your order number-invoice will only be sent to address provided on your original order.  Contact Form HERE

Q-> I did not receive a UPS tracking number?

  • We send UPS tracking automatically when an item physically ships from our location, not when item is ordered online.

  • Unfortunately, some of our remote shippers do not always provide this information in a timely fashion, prohibiting us from passing it along to our customers.

Q-> I left a message on the phone system and no one returned my call?

  • The 800 number is for phone sales only

  • It is Clearly published before you submitted your order on your copy of your invoice:  All communication concerning an existing order MUST be accomplished via our online form.  Link at top of every page on site: Order Status

Q-> I submitted the form and haven't received a response?

  • Check the email you provided with the form.  Spam filters?  Correct spelling, etc?

  • This form request is answered constantly during the course of the business day, usual response time is less then 1 hour.  Naturally, status of an order might take longer.  We deal with shipments from multiple locations on east and west coast.

  • If less then 2 Business days (M-F, non holidays) have passed since order submission, your inquiry will not be responded to, as published.  It takes time for orders to pass thru our warehouse processing system and updates are not immediately available.
