SubZone Boxes are shipped direct from the manufacturer.  They normally ship within 7-10 business days of order processing, but sometimes take up to 14 business days. Please remember this when you purchase. Subzone uses UPS shipping only.  UPS tracking information is emailed when product ships FROM SUBZONE (MMX cannot be held liable if Subzone neglects to send this information).  We have no control over availability/timing of shipment from manufacturer.

Hence Sub Zone will not deliver to USPP or APO AE Addresses.

NOTE: If you order a box "2 day or 3 day or Next Day," it does NOT mean that the box will SHIP the Second or Third day or the very NEXT day" from when the order is placed. It DOES mean that the Box will ship FROM SUB ZONE to YOU in 2 or 3 or Next Day UPS delivery.

QLogic boxes ship direct from our warehouse locations.  Most QLogic "Universal" sub box orders are shipped within 3-7 business days of order processing.  Only UPS shipping available under most circumstances.*

Custom  enclosures are ordered direct at the time of processing.  Usual delivery times vary from 10 to 14 business days.  Clarion Custom Enclosures are stocked locally and usually ship within 24 hours of processing.  ALL Custom Enclosure orders are "Special Order Items. (see policy page)

*If we have a single enclosure stocked locally we can ship USPS if requested.  Call for this service.  Single enclosures only.  The dual and triple boxes are too large and expensive for USPS. Most Unloaded custom enclosures can also be shipped via USPS if requested.
